摘要
针对陕钢集团汉钢公司1号连铸机在生产过程中出现的中间裂纹的问题,以实践结合理论进行分析,通过二冷区配水的调整、喷嘴型号的优化、二冷区弧度的矫正、钢水成分的控制、连铸保护浇注等措施来控制铸坯中间裂纹的产生。最终通过对比调试前后铸坯的质量可以发现调整后的铸坯中间裂纹有所减少,质量有所改善。
As to the internal cracks in production process of No.1 continuous casting machine in Shaanxi Steel Group Steel Hanzhong Iron and Steel Company, combining practice with theoretical analysis, through the two water distribution adjustment in secondary cooling zone, nozzle model optimization, radian correction of secondary cooling zone, composition control of molten steel, continuous casting and protective casting and other measures to control the cracks in slab. Finally, by comparing the quality of the slab before and after the adjustment, it can be found that the cracks in the billet have been reduced and the quality has been improved.
