摘要
阐述了板坯纵裂纹形成机理及其影响因素,通过现场调查和数据分析,查清了安钢板坯纵裂发生的原因,采取相应措施并取得了良好的效果。
The mechanism of the longitudinal crack formation of the continuous casting billets at No.3 Steel-making Plant in Anyang Steel Corporation as well as the influential factors have been analyzed. Through on-site investigation and data analysis causes to occurrence of the longitudinal crack of the continuous casting billets in Anyang Steel have been clarified and countermeasures accordingly adopted and thus satisfactory results achieved.
