摘要
通过对文科类大学生进行问卷调查,了解到目前文科类大学生择业观中存在择业认知偏差,择业预期较高,择业选择主要受家长和个人实习经验的影响,择业途径多样化的现象.运用比较分析法将文科类大学生择业观与理工科大学生择业观进行比较,从社会、高校、家长和文科类大学生四个维度分析影响文科类大学生择业观的因素,并提出营造培育良好择业观的社会氛围、完善高校和家长的择业指导工作,加强文科类大学生择业观自我教育的对策,帮助文科类大学生端正择业态度,树立起正确的择业观念.
Through a questionnaire survey of the liberal arts college students,it is found that the factors like career choice bias,the high expectations,parents' attitude,personal practice experience and the diversification of career choice affect the liberal arts college students' view of career choice.By using comparative analysis to compare liberal arts college students' career choice view with those of science and engineering students,the influencing factors are analysed from four dimensions society,universities,parents and liberal arts college students,and countermeasures are put forward to help the liberal arts college students adjust the attitude of choosing an occupation and set up the proper concept,including creating a good social atmosphere about the view of career choice,improving the career guidance of universities and parents and strengthening the liberal arts college students' self-education on the view of career choice.
