摘要
为了降低Q345级别钢板的生产成本,通过科研试制研究了不同Ti、Mn配比对控轧钢板力学性能的影响规律,并最终确定了正式的生产工艺方案,即用含量0.02%的Ti代替0.35%的Mn,以保证钢板的各项性能指标。
In order to reduce the production cost of Q345 grade steel plate, the influencing law of different Ti/Mn ratio on mechanical properties of controlled rolling steel plate is studied by scientific research experiment. Formal pro-duction process plan is established, which is to use Ti with 0. 02% content instead of Mn with 0. 35% content, and all mechanical properties indexes of the steel plate are guaranteed.
