摘要
镜面外壳产品外观质量要求高,表面要求光滑并且不能见浇口痕迹,只能选择侧浇口从侧边进料。但是侧边进料需要在注塑完成后进行人工剪切分离,切口严重影响产品的质量。将模内热切技术应用于镜面外壳产品注塑中,实现在模具上自动切断侧边浇口,浇口分离的自动化保证浇口分离处外观一致性,保证了制品外观质量要求,提高了生产效率。
The surface quality of the mirror shell is high, the surface is smooth and the gate mark is not visible, so the side gate is selected to feed the material from the side. But the side feed needs to be separated by artificial shear after the injection molding,and the incision can seriously affect the quality of the product. The hot cutting in mould technology is applied to the mirror shell products injection molding, realize cutting side gate automatic in mould, the separation of gate automation ensure consistency gate separation in appearance, ensure the quality of the product appearance requirements, improve the production efficiency.
