摘要 通过分析长嘴瓶盖的结构特点,设计1模8腔热流道注射模,采用模内脱螺纹、圆弧抽芯、顺序开模、强制脱模等,使模具结构合理,动作可靠,生产的塑件达到客户要求,对成型类似塑件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。 A hot runner injection mould with 8 cavities was designed after analyzing the structur- al characteristics of a proboscis cap. The mould structure was reasonable and reliable, which ad- opted thread demoulding in mould, arc core-pulling, sequential demoulding and forced demold- ing mechanism.
