摘要
目的:探讨研究替吉奥、伊立替康和替吉奥单药应用在晚期结肠癌患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法:以入院时间的差异性将2015年4月~2016年4月于邓州市人民医院收治的晚期结肠癌患者中随机抽出86例,将其以不同治疗方法平均分成观察组和对照组,每组各43例。其中,对照组选择替吉奥单药作为患者首选药物治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加以伊立替康联合运用作为患者首选药物治疗方案,比较两组患者的治疗效率、治疗时间、生存时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗效率较对照组高(67.44%>41.86%);观察组患者治疗时间及生存时间均较对照组对应值高;观察组患者不良反应发生率较对照组低(16.28%<37.21%),且P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:针对晚期结肠癌患者加以替吉奥联合伊立替康进行治疗,其临床疗效较替吉奥单药应用效果显著,不仅有效提高患者治疗效率,还有利于增加其生存时间,患者不良反应少,表明药物使用安全性更高,具有较好的临床价值,值得推广。
Objective： To study the effect of irinotecan monotherapy with S-1, Kang and S-1 in advanced colorectal cancer patients. Methods： 86 patients with advanced colon cancer admitted in Dengzhou People＇s Hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group according to different treatment methods. Among them, the control group was treated with S-1;the observation group was treated with irinotecan combined with S-1 for treatment. Treatment efficiency, treatment time, survival time and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results： The treatment efficiency of observation group was higher than control group（67.44%41.86%）; treatment time and survival time in the observation group were higher compared with the control group; the adverse reactions of observation group was lower than that in control group（16.28%37.21%）, and P〈0.05. Conclusion： For advanced colorectal cancer patients, S-1 combined with irinotecan treatment achieved better effect compared with control group, not only improve the efficiency of treatment, but also increase the survival time of patients with adverse reactions, with higher safety and better clinical value, thus it is worthy of application.
