摘要
对某成人高校招生管理现状进行了调查,针对其营销环境从宏观和微观的角度进行了分析,运用服务营销中的相关理论,提出了调整招生及办学模式,使学校的专业培养方向更贴近市场需求,从而提高学校在招生市场上的竞争力。
this paper investigates the current situation of enrollment management in an adult college and analyzes the marketing environment from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.By applying the relevant theories in service marketing,it puts forward some suggestions to adjust the mode of enrollment and school operation so as to make the training direction of the school closer to the market demand,thereby the school’s competitiveness in the enrollment market is improved.
