文中主要介绍了我国绿色电力证书自愿认购制度的出台、绿色电力证书申领核发,以及自愿认购流程和交易情况等内容。通过绿色电力消费,带动能源供给侧改革,助力可再生能源发展,是践行绿色发展的重要途径。
This article is mainly about the Renewable Energy Certificates （REC） trading scheme, issuing process, voluntary subscription of RECs and the RECs transactions. It is an important way to propel supply - side reform of energy and promote renewable energy development through green electricity consumption.
