摘要
目的了解延安市城区在职医护人员健康素养水平。方法对延安市城区医院的在职医护人员进行问卷调查。结果延安市城区医护人员具备健康素养的水平医生20%高于护士8.0%(χ2=14.86,P<0.05);医生和护士基本知识和理念素养分别是34.3%和21.1%,健康生活方式与行为素养分别是13.5%和5.0%,基本技能素养分别是83.1%和72.0%,三个方面都是医生高于护士(P<0.05)。六类健康问题素养水平医生由高到低分别是:基本医疗素养79.7%、安全与急救素养74.4%、科学健康观素养44.0%、健康信息素养35.7%、传染病防治素养16.9%、慢性病防治素养8.2%,护士的顺序与医生相同,两组间除科学健康观和基本医疗素养水平差别无显著性(P>0.05),其他四类健康素养都是医生高于护士(P<0.05)。相关因素是年龄和文化程度。结论延安市城区医护人员健康素养水平远低于2012年全国医务人员水平,应对该人群及薄弱知识加强培训,有很大的提升空间。
Objective To understand the health literacy level of in-service medical staff in Yan＇an City. Methods A questionnaire survey on the in-service medical staff in Yan＇an city district hospital was conducted. Results Yan＇an city health care workers have the level of health literacy 20% higher than the nurses 8. 0%（ χ~2= 14. 86,P 0.05）; The basic knowledge and concept literacy of doctors and nurses were 34. 3% and 21. 1%,respectively,while healthy lifestyles and behavioral literacy were 13. 5% and 5. 0%,respectively. The basic literacy skills were 83. 1% and 72. 0%,respectively. The data for these three areas are all doctors above nurses（ P〈 0. 05）. Doctors＇ 6 kinds of literacy about health issues are listed below from high to low： 79. 7% of basic medical literacy,74. 4% of safety and first aid,44. 0% of science health concept,35. 7% of health information literacy,16. 9% of communicable disease prevention and control and 8. 2% of chronic disease prevention and literacy. Such ranking is the same as nurses＇. In the two groups,there are no distinctive differences（ P 〉0. 05） in literacy of scientific outlook on health and basic medical literacy. In terms of the other four kinds of health literacy,doctors hold more than nurses（ P〈 0. 05）.Relevant factors are age and education level. Conclusion Yan＇ an city health care workers health literacy level is much lower than the national medical staff in 2012 level. There should be a lot of room for improvement in the training of this group of people and their weak knowledge.
