摘要
在中温条件下,采用内循环(IC)厌氧反应器对挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量较高的羊剪绒加工废水进行为期60d的现场试验研究,探索了IC厌氧反应器处理毛皮加工废水的运行效能。结果表明:供试废水可适应IC厌氧反应器并迅速启动;稳定运行阶段,当进水CODcr,低于3000mg/L,控制废水CODcr,浓度稳定且预酸化度在45%左右时,VFA积累不明显,系统出水CODcr,去除率稳定保持在55%左右。当进水COD。大于3000mg/L且波动较大时,VFA出现明显积累,CODcr平均去除率为50%。整个运行期间,废水中油脂平均去除率为61.3%,对应的水力停留时间(HRT)为6h,与现行水解酸化或好氧处理效率相比.均有显著提高,反映出IC厌氧反应器对此类废水具有良好的工程适应性。
The internal circulation (IC) anaerobic reactor performance on fur processing wastewater was explored by testing the effect of IC anaerobic reactor on fur processing wastewater with high concentration volatile fatty acids (VFA) for 60d under medium temperature. The results show that the wastewater can adapt to IC anaerobic reactor and start rapidly. At steady operation stage, when influent CODcr concentration is lower than 3 000 mg/L and the pre -acidification is around 45%, there is no apparent VFA accumulation and the effluent CODer removal rate remains a- bout 55% stably. When the concentration of influent CODe, exceeds 3 000mg/L and fluctuates obviously, the VFA ac- cumulates distinctly and average removal rate of CODer is 50%. The average removal rate of grease is 61.3% and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 6h during the whole operation stage. Compared with the existing hydrolysis aeidifi-cation and aerobic treatment, IC anaerobic reactor treatment improves the VFA degradation efficiency significantly, which indicates that IC anaerobic reactor has great engineering applicability for fur processing wastewater treatment.
