摘要
本文基于气相分子仪建立了制革废水中硫化物的测定方法,并将该方法用于实际样品检测。由实验结果可知,线性回归方程Y=0.0562x-0.00002,相关系数为R^(2)=0.9998;检出限为0.001mg/L,RSD为0.55%~3.11%,加标回收率为98.07%~103.68%。表明该方法具有良好的线性关系、较高的灵敏度和精密度,此外其加标回收率符合要求。经对制革车间排放废水样品的检测,废水中硫化物的均值为0.22mg/L,小于标准限值。
A method for the determination of sulfide in tanning wastewater by gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry was established and applied to the detection of practical samples. According to the experimental results, the linear regression equation y=0.056 2 x-0.000 02, and the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.999 8;The detection limit was 0.001 mg/L, RSD was 0.55% ~3.11%, and the recovery was 98.07%~103.68%. The results show that the method has good linear relationship, high sensitivity and precision. In addition, the recovery of standard addition meets the requirements. According to the detection of actual tannery wastewater samples, the average sulfide in the discharged water of the workshop is 0.22 mg/L, which is less than the standard limit.
