不同肥料处理对重茬蒙黄芪产量和品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Kinds of Fertilizers on the Yield and Quality of Astragalus membranaceus Grown in Peplanted Soil

摘要 以抗真菌菌剂、土壤调理剂、生物液肥、氨基酸肥等为材料,施用于重茬栽培的蒙黄芪,以发病率、产量等为观测值,来探索导致蒙黄芪连作障碍的主要因素。对比实验结果显示:施用3 kg EGB菌剂的处理与常规施肥处理相比,产量提高14.75%,死苗率由7%下降至2.84%;施用不同调理剂、氨基酸肥等对重茬蒙黄芪产量和品质无显著影响,施用海藻生物液肥的小区黄芪品质与对照相比存在显著差异;施用不同调理剂、氨基酸肥等处理的小区不能控制重茬蒙黄芪病害,施用海藻生物液肥的处理,死苗率存在显著差异,从对照的7.26%下降至2.18%。推测导致蒙黄芪连作障碍的因素主要是土传病原真菌和自毒作用所致,而土壤理化性质的因素影响较小。 Effects of antifungal preparation,soil conditioner,biological fertilizer,and amino acid fertilizers on the yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus grown in replanted soil were investigated. Results showed that the treatment use of 3 kg EGB antifungal preparation significantly enhanced the yield,which was increased by 14.75 %,compared with the conventional fertilization,and the seeding death rate declined from 7% to 2.84%. The effects of different kinds and treatment of soil conditioner and amino acid fertilizers on the yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus had no significant difference,while the Astragalus membranaceus qualities conducted with the liquid seaweed extract treatments were significantly higher than those of the control,with the seeding death rate obviously lower than those of the control,which declined from 7.26% to 2.18%. It was so speculated that the main cause of Astragalus membranaceus consecutive monoculture problem were soil pathogenic microbes and the auto-toxic,and less influenced by the physical-chemical property of soil.
