摘要
依据2006-2015年人口统计数据,综合利用传统数量和空间分析方法,从全市和四大功能区两个空间层次对北京常住人口空间分布的最新变动及特征进行了分析。结果表明:就全市而言,常住人口数量和密度不断增加但增量趋缓;分功能区来看,常住人口数量变动差异较为显著;常住人口密度从首都功能核心区到生态涵养发展区呈递减趋势;常住人口重心相对稳定;常住人口分布离散趋势不太明显。同时探讨了北京常住人口空间分布变动的原因,主要包括经济增长、外来人口聚集、住房价格、交通基础设施建设及城市总体规划导向等因素。在此基础上,提出了未来北京调控人口空间分布的思路和对策。
Based on demographic data of 2006 - 2015, the paper analyzes the latest changes andcharacteristics of spatial distribution of resident population in Beijing from two spatial levels of the city and thefour major functional areas with traditional quantitative and spatial analysis methods. The results shows that, asfar as the city is concerned, the number and density of the resident population were increasing, while theincrement slowed down; as far as the functional areas are concerned, the number of resident population variedsignificantly; the population density from the capital functional core area to the ecological conservationdevelopment zone showed a decreasing trend; the population center of gravity was relatively stable; thedispersion trend of resident population was not obvious. At the same time, the reasons for the changes ofspatial distribution of resident population in Beijing are discussed, it mainly included economic growth, thegathering of migrant population, housing price, transportation infrastructure construction and urban overallplanning orientation. On this basis, the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for controlling thespatial distribution of the population in the future in Beijing.
