摘要
通过互联网搜索、知网查询、录像观察、分析比较等方法,研究NBA裁判员队伍的发展现状,总结分析NBA高水平职业裁判员的成功铸就因素。在此基础上提出对CBA裁判队伍发展的启示:促成CBA裁判员的职业化,实行"请进来、走出去"的学习模式,成立CBA职业裁判联合会,提高CBA裁判的薪酬,增设CBA全方位摄像和回放系统。
Through the internet search, HowNet Query, video observation, comparative analysis and other methods, research the present situation of NBA referee development, summarize the success of the analysis of high level professional NBA referee molded factors： deep basketball culture, good professional ethics, strict selection of the promotion system, perfect the regulatory incentive mechanism, operation mode, the professional league play a high level of technology and tactics, the omni-directional camera and playback system, high paying gigs. Based on this, puts forward the enlightenment to the development of the CBA referee team： make the CBA referees professional, ＂please come in and go out＂learning mode, establishment of CBA professional referees union, improve the CBA referees compensation, add the CBA omni-directional camera and playback system.
