摘要
本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法对山西省跳水裁判员队伍的基本结构、培养与选派模式进行调查分析,了解当前山西省跳水裁判员的发展现状,并针对队伍现阶段存在的不足提出推进项目发展、重视综合素质发展、健全管理制度等相应对策。
This paper analyzes the basic structure and the management system of diving referees in Shanxi Province by using the methods of questionnaire and expert interviews. the paper shows the current situation of diving referees,and puts some corresponding measures for the existing the problem,such as promoting the development of the project,paying attention to the development of comprehensive quality and perfecting the management system.
