摘要
交通管理实战应用型人才不仅要全面掌握理论知识,更重要的是要熟练掌握实战技能。本文详细调查了交通管理专业毕业生在初次实战与在校期间演练的切身体会的对比,借鉴国内外交通管理工程实训教学、实战应用和实践模式及其实训时间、条件与实训期间发生意外时的保障措施等因素,对已有的教学实训模式进行全方位的改革。加大实训科目内容及比重,改善实训条件,提高实训要求,提出以实战演练一体化或顶岗实训的方式开展交通管理工程专业实战化实训的教育模式。构建高度成熟的实训实战一体化的集成教学模式框架、评价考核体系,实现实战演练训练与一线工作无缝对接。
Traffic management practical talents not only need to fully grasp the theoretical knowledge, more importantly, to master the actual combat skills. This paper investigates the traffic graduates in actual combat experience and compares with what they have learned in college. The abroad traffic management ways are used for reference, such as practice teaching, practical application and practice mode. Many factors are considered, which include practice time, conditions, and the security measures for accidents during training. The new teaching of practical training are promoted by reformed the old model thoroughly by enlarging the ratio, and increasing subjects, improving the conditions and enhancing the standard of practical training. It is a teaching model of integrating the practical training. In other words, it is also a training way to manage the transport by osculating the duties. The mature integrated teaching model frame will be constructed and the system of estimating will be suggested in this paper. The aim of this paper is seamless connection reconnected.
