摘要
自新中国成立以来,我国出台了一系列房地产政策。在相当长的一段时期内,房地产作为国家的基础性和主导性产业,其关联效应和扩散效应范围巨大,不仅影响相关产业的发展,同时也对土地、政治、经济、文化、教育等影响甚大。幼儿教育作为基础教育的一部分,其用地、房屋使用、园所布局等生存条件必然与房地产联系密切,房地产政策及其后续调整也势必会对幼儿园的建设产生深远影响。
Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,it has promulgated a series of real estate policies. For a long period of time,real estate,as the country＇s basic and dominant industry,has a huge range of linkage and spread effects,not only affecting the development of related industries,but also greatly affecting land,politics,economy,culture and education. As a part of basic education,kindergarten education is closely related to real estate because of its land use,housing use and layout. Real estate policies and their follow-up adjustments will also have a profound impact on the kindergarten construction.
