摘要
采用大型通用有限元软件对TRT焊接机壳进行焊接过程的模拟。利用有限元软件中的单元生死技术和热-结构耦合技术,成功的预测了TRT机壳焊后残余应力及变形,并通过焊后残余应力测试试验验证对比。结果表明,有限元模拟机壳在焊接过程中,焊缝附近残余应力较大,局部达到其屈服强度;远离焊缝处的壳体上应力较小,均处于弹性变形。进行"盲孔法"测量残余应力,试验测量的残余应力跟模拟所得残余应力分布趋势相同,峰值应力出现的点基本重合。由于机壳实际焊接中施加的约束较多,应力得不到释放,导致试验数值略高于模拟数据。
By using the large general finite element software,the welding process of the TRT welding casing was simulated. The residual stress and deformation of melded TRT casing were successfully predicted by the technologies of birth and death of element and heat-structure coupling in the finite element software,which was verified by residual stress test after welding. The results show that during the welding simulation process of casing,the residual stress of the region near the weld is large,part of which reaches the yield strength; the residual stress of the shell away from the weld is small and the shellis in elastic deformation. The residual stress was measured by blind hole method. The result shows that the measured residual stress distribution has the same trend with the simulated result,and the peak stress points withpoints are basically coincident. For there are more imposed constraints in actual welding process of casing,the stress can not be released,the experimental values are slightly higher than the simulation values.
