摘要
民国水利纠纷研究是民国水利史研究的重要组成部分。20世纪90年代以来,史学界开始关注民国时期的水利纠纷问题,并运用交叉学科知识理论与研究方法取得了大量的学术成果。到21世纪初,民国水利纠纷问题的研究取得了丰厚的成果,并呈进一步发展的趋势。具体而言,水权问题和官民关系是民国水利纠纷问题研究的重点,对水利纠纷理论和地域的对比研究将是学界进一步探索的方向。
The research of water conservancy dispute in the Republic of China is an important part of the history of water. Since the1990 s,historians began to pay attention to the issue of water conservancy disputes during the Republic of China. Historians used cross-disciplinary knowledge,the study of water disputes has made a lot of results. To the beginning of the twenty-first century,the study of water issues in the Republic of China has achieved fruitful results and a further development trend. Specifically speaking,water rights and water relationship between the government and the people are the focus of the study. The next research direction will be the water conservancy dispute theory and regional comparative study for the historiography circle.
