摘要
界定了创新与创业的关系,基于二者的关系,将双创人才、双创平台和双创成效确定为衡量区域双创发展水平的重要维度,并通过与长江经济带沿线其它省市的定量分析与比较,发现重庆双创发展层次在整个长江经济带地区处于中下游水平,关键指标明显落后。作为中西部唯一直辖市,长江上游地区经济中心、国家中心城市,重庆的双创发展水平有待提高,与国家赋予重庆的战略功能和重庆建设西部创新中心的定位不相匹配。
This paper clears the relationship of the innovation and entrepreneurship.It sets the talents,platform and effects of mass innovation & entrepreneurship as significant dimensions to measure the regional mass innovation &entrepreneurship development.And makes quantitative analysis and compares with other provinces along Yangtze river economy zone.The key indexes obviously behind other cities,so it shows that the development of Chongqing is in the lower level of the overall Yangtze river economy zone.As the only direct-controlled municipality of western region,the economy center of upper Yangtze river economy zone and the national key city,the mass innovation &entrepreneurship development of Chongqing cannot lead and influence the surrounding cities.So,there is a long way to get matched with the national strategic function and the orientation of western innovation center.
