摘要
旅游厕所是旅游服务和游客活动过程中不可或缺的组成部分。21世纪以来,旅游厕所研究日益受到学界的重视。在相关文献分析的基础上,梳理总结了从1984年至今30余年国内旅游厕所理论研究的进展情况,主要包括旅游厕所问题与对策、旅游厕所分类研究、生态旅游厕所、游客对旅游厕所的感知评价、国外旅游厕所经验借鉴。未来应深化区域性旅游厕所问题对策型研究,加强旅游厕所分类细化研究,强化对旅游厕所使用主体旅游者的研究,将定性与定量研究相结合,运用市场供需、消费者行为等多种理论开展研究,加强对旅游厕所建设、管理创新性实践模式的研究,以期指导国内旅游厕所理论研究进一步发展,推动理论研究与实践发展齐头并进、相得益彰。
Tourist toilet is the indispensable part of tourism services and the tour experience of tourists. Since 21st century, the research on tourist toilet is getting more and more attention from aca-demic fields. Based on the literature analysis, this paper summarizes the research progress of domestic tourist toilet theoretical researches appearing in the last over 30 years since 1984, which mainly include the problems of tourist toilet and countermeasures, classified study of tourist toilet, ecological tourist toilet, the tourist toilet perception of tourist and the experience reference from other countries. Deepe-ning the research on the problems and countermeasures of regional tourist toilet, enhancing the research on the tourist toilet in detailed classification, intensifying the research on the tourist toilet from the tour-ist perspective, combining the qualitative research with the quantitative research, using diverse relevant theories to deepen the research and enhancing the research on the practical patterns of tourist toilet building and management should be conducted in the future. The paper can provide guidance value for the further development of domestic tourist toilet theoretical research, and promote the theoretical re-search keeping pace with the practice hand in hand.
