摘要
旅游企业员工具有公休假期正常工作、经常加班加点等特征,旅游企业员工角色外的组织公民行为是实现组织目标的重要保证。以甘肃A旅游景区开发类企业为实证研究对象,采用问卷调查、因子分析和回归分析等方法对旅游企业员工组织承诺与组织公民行为关系进行研究。研究表明:旅游企业员工组织承诺分为感情承诺、经济机会承诺和理想承诺;旅游企业员工组织公民行为分为协助同事、认同组织和敬业精神;协助同事受感情承诺显著正向影响,认同组织受感情承诺和理想承诺显著正向影响;敬业精神受理想承诺显著正向影响。
Tourism employees with public holidays have the characteristics of working normally and overtime. Organizational citizenship behavior of tourism employees is an important guarantee to a-chieve organizational goals. This paper studies the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of tourism enterprises by questionnaire, factor analysis and regres-sion analysis, taking Gansu A tourism enterprise as a case study. The results show that (1) Organiza-tional commitment of tourism employees is divided into affective commitment, economic & chance com-mitment and ideal commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior of tourism employees is divided into assisting colleagues, identifying organizations and professionalism; (2 ) Assisting colleagues by the af-fective commitment has a significant positive impact, identifying organization by the affective commit-ment and the ideal commitment have a significant positive impact ; and professionalism by the ideal commitment has a significant positive impact as well.
