摘要
长沙走马楼三国吴简中出现不少新鲜的词汇,其中有些词语释读有误,如:"茠粻",当释为"秫粻",指黏性的稻谷;"葌米",即"稴米"、"秈米",是指早熟而少黏性的稻米。"秫粻"与"葌米",是三国时期东吴地区从稻米胶稠度的角度对栽培稻作出的分类。
This paper proposes a new interpretation for several vocaularies in the Wu bamboo slips of the Three Kingdoms period found in Changsha. For instance, xiuchang (茠[米长) should be interpreted as shuchang (秫[米长]), Which refers to sticky rice;jianmi (葌米), also known as xianmi (稴米) and xianmi (秈米), refers to early ripe and less sticky rice. Shuchang (秫[米长]) andjianmi (葌米) were the classification based on the degree of rice stickiness in the Wu region during the Three Kingdoms Period.
