摘要
以‘京39’和‘无核小枣’为材料,采用TTC染色法和离体培养法研究不同品种和不同的花发育时期的花粉萌发特性。结果表明:2个品种的花粉萌发率差异显著,‘无核小枣’比‘京39’花粉活力高;‘京39’在蕾黄期花粉萌发差异显著,‘无核小枣’在萼片展平期花粉萌发率差异显著。
The pollen germination characteristics of two Chinese jujube cultivars at different pollen developmental stages were studied by TTC staining and in vitro culture method. The results showed that：（ 1） the pollen germination rate of the two cultivars was significantly different,and the rate of ‘Wuhexiaozao＇was higher than that of ‘Jing39＇;（ 2） there was significant difference between two different flower developmental stages and the germination rate was higher at the stage of flatted sepals than that at the stage with yellow flower bud.
