摘要
领官为中国古代的一种特殊的任官形式,发源于汉代。领官原为一种以他官兼领别职兼理其事的任官形式。至汉末三国时期发生了性质变化,成为诸侯方伯兼任地方长官的主要形式。其本官也由有明确秩禄等级的官员演变为大部分无明确秩禄等级的杂号将军、中郎将。在三国鼎立之时,又出现了虚授其职的"遥领"制度。这些变化的出现也反映了魏晋南北朝政治制度发展的大方向。
As a special form for appointing official of a government in ancient China,Lingguan originated in the Han dynasty.Lingguan was in charge of another post different from his own official position.At the end of the Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period,the nature of Lingguan changed,and it became the main form of the local governor to take up the post of local area.And the main official position which had clear official salaries of the officer who possessed official has evolved into the position without clearly official salaries,such as an impure general,a Zhonglangjiang,and so on.In the Three Kingdoms period,the absentee ownership system of"Yaoling"was brought into being.The emergence of these changes also reflected the general direction of the political system development in the Wei,Jin,Northern and Southern Dynasties.
