摘要
同步换乘时刻表(德语: Integraler Taktfahrplan)是保证公交换乘连接、缩短公交出行时间以及整体提高公交服务质量的重要手段之一,它通过协调不同公交线路的"节奏性"的时刻表来实现。以德国达姆施塔特市公交系统为例,分别介绍了达姆施塔特市路易斯广场(Luisenplatz)和火车总站分别作为城市公交枢纽站和城际公交枢纽站的"同步换乘时刻表"的应用情况,并且通过公交控制中心的介入,以动态管理的手段进一步完善现实中因突发情况造成的延误而导致的换乘困难。
The integrated synchronized timetable, German： integraler Taktfahrplan, is one of the most important methods to guarantee the transfer connection of public transportations, reduce travel times on public transportations and improve services of public transportations. It can be realized by coordinating the ＂clock-face scheduling＂ of different public traffic lines. This paper takes the public transport systems of Darmstadt in Germany as an example and introduces the application of the integrated synchronized timetable in Luisenplatz and Central railway station （Hauptbahnhof）, which are regarded as transfer junction for city public traffic and regional public traffic respectively. Furthermore, thanks to the operation of traffic control centers with dynamic management, the critical transfer due to unexpected affairs can be improved.
