摘要
该文在分析上海市公交服务质量考核现状与问题的基础上,结合已有的巴士集团和浦东公交等服务质量考核指标体系,构建符合本市公交行业、且能够覆盖服务供应、安全运营、规范服务、社会评价等方面的考核评价体系;并通过建立健全考核评价的配套应用工作机制,引导公交企业提升整体服务水平,促进行业健康可持续发展。
On the basis of analyzing the status and problems of Shanghai public transportation service quality evaluation,we comprehensively draw on the service quality evaluation index system of Ba-Shi public transportation company and Pudong public transportation company,and construct a complete evaluation system which conforms to the actual situation of Shanghai public transportation,including service supply,safe operation,standardized service and social evaluation.At the same time,we establish and improve the evaluation supporting mechanisms,which will guide the public transportation enterprises to enhance overall service level and promote healthy and sustainable development.
