摘要
本文介绍一种神经外科病历管理系统软件。它包括病史输入与修改、查询、统计、输出打印和文件管理等模块。该软件具有使病史管理输入规范化、书写自动化和查询统计高速化等特点,并有统计作图和示意作图的功能,采用菜单式选择。按目前手写病历习惯,输入格式化语言,减少了汉字输入,因而可直接提供临床医生使用。
In this paper a new software for case history management in the neurosurgical department is presented. The software features are as follows: standardization of data input, writing automation, checking and analyzing rapidly. The graph making of statistics and illustration can be selected through the mede of a menu. It can be directly offered to the clinician, due to use of habitual language and the case historty being written by the doctor. The software is composed of input, revision, check, statistics, output-print, files management, etc.
