摘要
目的分析严重危害甘肃省榆中县居民身体健康的疾病和死因。方法按全国统一的居民病伤死因哨点县调查方案设计要求,采用入户普查方法,对2007年户籍为榆中县的所有居民进行以自然村为单位的死亡调查,以全国统一的居民病伤死因统计报告管理系统软件(Death-Reg2002)进行数据录入分析。结果该县居民总死亡率为0.57%,全死因男性死亡率高于女性(χ2=18.87,P=0.00)。前5位死因依次为肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、其他疾病、损伤和中毒,传染病死因排第10位。居民期望寿命75.28岁,女性期望寿命(76.17岁)高于男性期望寿命(74.40岁,P=0.00)。结论居民死亡危险以慢性非传染性疾病为主,但意外伤害、中毒和传染病危害亦不容忽视。
Objective To analyze the features of resident death in Yuzhoug county. Methods According to the national resident death cause survey plan in sentinel county, death survey in household was conducted in all villages in Yuzhong county, and the results were analyzed by Death Reg 2002 and SPSS 13.0. Results The overall death rate was 0.57%, which was higher in males than in females （Χ^2 = 18.87, P = 0.00）. The first five leading causes of death were cancer, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, other diseases, injury and poisoning. Communicable disease ranked tenth of the death causes, The life expectance of the residents was 75.28 years old （76.17 years old for females, 74.40 years old for males ） Conclusion The major diseases which caused death among the residents are chronic/ noncommunicable diseases. The risk of unintentional injury, poisoning and communicable disease should not be neglected.
