地方高校人才培养尺度偏差及其优化——基于生态位视角

摘要 在人才培养尺度上,当前地方高校存在教育主体地位缺失、人才过度教育、教育不足等弊病。借鉴生态位理论,地方高校作为理论知识传播的主导者,与产业企业及社会环境共筑生态系统,凭借其生态位主动参与市场竞争与开拓,保持与生态系统中其它要素的动态平衡。就尺度优化而言,按照生态位战略法则,地方高校主动加强地方高校社会网络建设,提升高校与行业产业之间知识势差,淡化高校专业之间的差异,以"项目化"手段整合教学资源和课程体系。 The regional universities, in their process of nurturing application-based talents, have many weaknesses such as identify insufficiency, over education and short education on students, when it comes to the talents education scale. Referring to ecological niche theory, regional universities, as the leading role in theory building and knowledge transferring, it needs to construct the ecological system with its related industries, enterprises and social environments, as well as keeping dynamic balance with other factors within the ecological system. As for the optimization of educational scale, regional universities can take strategies arising from the ecological niche, and it can actively construct their social networks, increase the knowledge potential differences between them and related industries, decrease the interfaces of majors and projectize the teaching resources and courses.
