人—职位匹配、组织支持感与个体绩效关系研究——以公共部门员工为实证对象 被引量:5

摘要 绩效问题一直都是公共治理过程中价值体现的核心内容。作为绩效的基元,个体绩效是目前许多部门关注的焦点。本文以公共部门的工作人员为研究对象,运用多元回归分析的方法对人—职位匹配与员工个体绩效之间的关系、组织支持感对二者关系的调节作用进行了实证研究。结果表明:人—职位匹配对个体绩效有显著的正向相关关系;组织支持感在对人—职位匹配与员工个体绩效的影响中具有显著的调节作用;工作人员的组织支持感越强,人—职位匹配对个体绩效的影响越大。 Performance issue has always been the core content of value in the process of public governance. The individual performance, as the basic unit, has become the focus of many departments" attention. With the public sector staff as the object, this paper makes an empirical study of the relationship between the personnel-job fit and the employee performance and the perceived organizational support's regulation of them by multiple regression method. The study shows personnel-job fit has a significant positive correlation with individual performance, and perceived organizational support has a significant regulating effect on the influence of the personnel-job fit on the employee performance, which means the stronger the perceived organizational support is, the greater the influence will be.
