摘要
尼尔森-摇床联合重选工艺,是一种新型、高效的选矿工艺,其生产应用结果表明重砂产品金富集比和直收率远高于传统的重选工艺,具有高效、环保的特点,推广应用价值较高。本文以云南某金矿选厂为例,采用尼尔森-摇床联合重选工艺改造原有传统重选工艺预先回收粗粒明金,取得良好的技术指标和显著的经济效益、环保效益。
The combined process of gravity beneficiation process is Nelson shaker, a new and efficient production, the application results show that placer gold enrichment ratio and product yield is much higher than that of traditional gravity technology, has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, high application value. In this paper, a Yunnan gold mine as an example, using the Nelson shaker combined gravity process transformation of the original traditional gravity technology advance recovery of coarse clear gold, good technical indexes and achieved remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
