摘要
为了充分利用低贫矿石资源,延长矿山服务年限,本试验采用隔膜跳汰机对多金属低贫铜矿进行预选富集研究,并取得了较好的试验综合指标:精矿富集比2.5~3.0倍,金属回收率铜65~75%、锌60~70%、锡55~65%,同时硫、铁等金属也得到明显富集。试验成果为提高选矿厂主选流程的入选品位和原矿生产能力及实现低成本大规模生产创造了良好的前提条件。
In order to make full use of low grade ore resources, prolong the service life of the mine, the diaphragm jig for preconcentration of multi metal low copper mine, and achieved good comprehensive index test: concentrate enrichment ratio of 2.5 to 3 times, the metal recovery rate is 65 - 75%, copper zinc 60 - 70%, tin is 55 - 65%, and sulfur, iron and other metal has also been significantly enriched. The experimental results have created a good precondition for increasing the selected grade, the production capacity of crude ore and realizing the large-scale production at low cost.
