摘要
多学科协作诊疗(Multidisciplinary Team,MDT)在促进规范诊疗、合理统筹医疗资源、确保医疗质量安全方面发挥越来越重要的作用。笔者通过介绍扬州市第三人民医院结核病科MDT中心的实施背景与管理模式,同时对医院结核病科MDT中心成立后的成效进行阐述,以期将MDT应用到更多的疑难疾病中,提高患者效益,推动医学发展。
MDT plays an increasingly important role in promoting standardized diagnosis and treatment, coordinating the medical resources reasonably and ensuring the safety of medical quality. In this paper, by introducing the third people＇s hospital of yangzhou TB division MDT center of the implementation of the background and the management pattern, at the same time of MDT center after the establishment of effective TB of hospital, in order to apply MDT to more complicated disea- ses, improve the efficiency of the patients, promotin~ the development of medicine.
