摘要 指出了水华问题由于发展快、危害大及处理难等特点,受到全球高度重视。归纳分析了其成因主要为:适宜的气候条件(温度、光照等);充足的氮、磷等营养盐;缓慢的水流流态。评估了国内外就温度、光照、营养盐及流速4种环境因素两两协同作用对藻类生长的影响的研究进展。现有研究表明:多因素对藻类生长的影响具有协同作用。但不同研究的结论有所不同,且现有研究多集中于蓝藻,对绿藻及硅藻的研究较少。应设计实验条件,使之尽可能接近自然环境,并减小实验参数梯度,从而获得比较可靠的结论,建议开展多因素协同作用对藻类生长影响的试验研究。 Due to the characteristics of quick development and bloom of great harm and treatment difficult, algal bloom has attracted the global attention. The main causes are as follows, suitable climate conditions (temperature, light, etc.) , adequate nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus' slow flow pattern. This paper evaluated the effects of four environmental factors, temperature, light, nutrient and velocity, on the growth of algae. The effects of two environmental factors on the growth of algae were reviewed. The existing research showed that many factors have synergistic effect on algae growth. However, the conclusions of different studies are different and most of the existing studies focus on cyanobacteria, less on green algae and diatoms. We should design the experimental conditions making it possible to be close to the natural environment and reduce the experimental parameters of gradient to obtain more reliable conclusions and suggestions. It is also proposed to carry out experimental research on the influence of multi-- factor synergies on the growth of algae.
