摘要
为避免给水厂污泥处置不当对环境造成的危害,以及降低其处理的费用,给水污泥的资源化回收利用成为环境污染防治的焦点。通过对焙烧后的给水污泥进行碱性提取(碱浸),得到纯度较高的硅酸钠溶液,并以其为原料、应用水热合成方法,在pH=6时,制备出具有较大比表面积(1 241.2 m^2/g)及孔体积(1.2 cm^3/g)的介孔纳米SiO_2材料,从而实现对给水污泥中硅元素的回收。制备的介孔纳米SiO_2材料具有丰富的表面官能团和孔隙结构,使其在吸附分离和环境污染治理等领域有潜在的应用,预期具备较高的商业价值。
To avoid the environmental pollution caused by the improper disposal of drinking-water treatment sludge (DWTS) and reduce the cost of DWTS treatment, scientific and reasonable use of DWTS is very interesting. Alkaline extraction was applied the roasted DWTS to obtain the sodium silicate solution with high purity, which was used as a raw material for the preparation of mesoporous Nano-SiO2 material to achieve the recovery of Si from the DWTS and the preparation of valuable mesoporous materials. The mesoporous Nano-SiO2 with the specific surface area (1 241.2 m^2/g) and pore volume of (1.2 cm^3/g) was prepared at pH =6. 0 by using hydrothermal method. These porous materials were rich in surface functional groups and porous structure, which could be applied in many fields. For example, these can be used for adsorption and separation of environmental pollutants and other issues. It was expected to have a high commercial value.
