摘要 将金属离子嫁接在SBA-15的孔道中作为催化剂,考察其催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮的性能。使用FT-IR、SEM和XRD对催化剂的结构进行表征,结果表明合成的催化剂为目标催化剂。固定环己酮用量为0.2 mol,当乙二醇与环己酮的摩尔比为1.7:1,催化剂的用量为反应底物质量的1.2%,带水剂环己烷的用量为14 mL,反应时间为100 min时,Co/SBA-15催化合成效果最好,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率为89.8%。 Metal ions were grafted into the pores of SBA-15 and the grafted product was examined for using as catalyst in synthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal. Structure of the catalyst was characterized by FT-IR,SEM and XRD. And the characterizing results show that the catalyst prepared is the targeted one. Then,experiment for the synthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was carried out with various catalysts. Experimental results show that as dosage of cyclohexanone is fixed at 0. 2 mol; molar ratio of glycol to cyclohexanone is1. 7: 1;dosage of the catalyst is 1. 2%( mass) of the reactants;volume of water stripping agent,cyclohexane is14 mL;reaction time is 100 min;catalyst Co/SBA-15 displays the best result that the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal achieves 89. 8%.
