摘要
在人类疾病史中,寄生虫病由来已久,且一直是无法根除的重大公共卫生问题。氯喹、吡喹酮、阿苯达唑、甲苯达唑等药物虽杀虫效果较为理想,却存在产生耐药性和毒副作用较大等诸多弊端,而植物来源的药物具有毒副作用小、疗效好等优点,弥补了上述药物的不足。本文就一些常见的人体寄生虫病的植物或植物提取物治疗展开综述,介绍了一些植物药物治疗常见寄生虫病的机制和疗效,为临床上使用植物来源的药物治疗寄生虫病提供参考依据。
In the history of human disease, parasitic disease has been existed for a long time, and is a major public health problem that has been unable to eradicate. Although anti-parasite drugs such as chloroquine, praziquantel, albendazole and mebendazole, have ideal effects on killing some parasites, they also have disadvantages like drug resistance and quite strong side-effects. However, plant-derived drugs have advantages like small side-effects and high curative rates. This review summarizes anti-parasite mechanisms and curative effects of plant-derived drugs, which will contribute to the development of novel plant-derived drugs against parasitic diseases.
