跨专业研究生新生生涯适应力的调查与分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:了解跨专业研究生新生生涯适应力的状况,分析其影响因素。方法:使用《研究生生涯适应力问卷》调查了福建省某高校493名跨专业研究生新生,使用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:1.跨专业研究生新生生涯适应力发展较好;2.跨专业研究生新生生涯适应力在性别、家庭来源、工作经历上不存在显著的差异;3.跨专业研究生新生生涯适应力在担任学生干部、专业喜好、报考原因、学业规划、就业预期上存在显著差异。结论:在开展生涯教育时可重点关注学业兴趣不高、生涯规划不足、就业预期消极的跨专业研究生新生。 Objectives: to understand the status of the career adaptability of cross-discipline postgraduates and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: a total of 493 postgraduates from a university in Fujian Province were investigated by means of the Postgraduates' Career Adaptation Questionnaire,and SPSS19. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1. the career adaptability of cross-discipline postgraduates is better. 2. there is no significant difference in gender,family background and work experience. 3.there are prominent differences in the career adaptability of graduate students in student cadres,professional preferences,enrollment reasons,academic planning and employment expectations. Conclusion: In the course of career education,it is important to pay attention to the low academic interest,lack of career planning,and the expected negative cross-discipline graduate students.
