摘要
环境的不确定性、动态性,使得企业在战略管理中面临着诸多挑战。资产专用性、决策者心智模式的惰性以及企业文化记忆性与知识性等,导致企业战略表现对环境变化的迟滞与僵化,即战略刚性。战略刚性的存在将会导致企业的应变能力下降、创新能力不足、核心能力丧失以及业绩下降。为克服企业战略刚性,需要对企业战略刚性进行柔化。多元化经营、构建学习型组织以及组织结构与能力柔化,成为柔化企业战略刚性,提高企业环境适应性与应变能力的有效措施。
Uncertainty and dynamics of environment bring enterprises with many challenges in its strategic management. Because of the asset specificity, the inertia of the mental model of the decision-maker, the memorability and intellectual-cultural orientation of enterprise culture lead to strategic rigidity, that is, the enterprise strategy shows sluggish and stiffness to the environmental changes. For the enterprise, the existence of strategic rigidity will lead to a decline in its strain capacity, the lack of its innovation ability, the loss of its core competence and the declining of its performance. Therefore, in order to overcome the enterprise strategic rigidity, we need to soften it. Diversified operation, learning organization and organizational structure construction as well as ability softness become effective measures to soften the enterprise strategic rigidity and improve enterprise environmental adaptability and resilience.
