摘要
针对宇航用毫米波转微带射频连接器的射频性能和机械强度难以同时保证的设计难点,提出了一种基于满意度原理的多目标优化方法,并结合电磁仿真软件对设计结果进行了优化。经过实际测试证明,产品的电性能及耐环境性能均符合设计要求,该优化方法的选择合理可行。同时,对毫米波转微带射频连接器的电压驻波比测试难题进行了研究,提出了一种简单准确的测试方法。
Aiming at the difficulties that the RF performance and mechanical strength of the millimeter wave-microstrip RF connector for space usage are hard to guarantee at the same time, a multi-objective optimization method based on the satisfactory degree theory is put forward, and the design result is optimized using the electromagnetic simulation software. It is proved through practical test that both the electrical and environment resistant performances of the product meet the design requirements and the optimization method is reasonable and feasible. At the same time, the problem of the VSWR test of the connector is studied and a simple and accurate test method is proposed.
