摘要
以C30混凝土配合比为条件,研究不同砂率对再生混凝土耐久性能、力学性能的影响。研究表明:在相同配合比条件下,普通混凝土、C30强度等级再生混凝土坍落度值随着砂率的增加逐渐减小,含气量随着砂率的增加逐渐增大,抗压强度随着砂率的增加变化幅度较小,干燥收缩长度变化率随着砂率的增加逐渐增大,但增加幅度较小,在龄期大于128 d后,混凝土的干燥收缩长度变化率趋于平稳;与普通混凝土相比,再生混凝土坍落度值要更小些,含气量要大些,抗压强度有少许下降,同时具有较大的干燥收缩变化率。在龄期为192 d,混凝土砂率和干燥收缩长度变化率具有良好的线性关系。
The influence of different sand ratio on the durability and mechanical properties of recycled concrete was studied with C30 concrete mixture ratio.The results show that in the same ratio under the condition of ordinary concrete, the grade of C30 recycled concrete slump value with the increase of sand content gradually decreased along with the increase of gas content, sand ratio increases, the compres- sive strength increases with the sand ratio changed slightly,the drying shrinkage rate of length change with the increase of sand content gradually increased,hut the increase in the age of smaller, more than 128 d, the dry shrinkage rate of length change of concrete tends to be stable.Compared with ordinary concrete,the recycled concrete slump value should be smaller,the gas content is bigger,the compressive strength slightly decreased,with large changes in the rate of drying shrinkage.At the age of 192 d,there is a good linear relationship be- tween the rate of concrete sand and the length of drying shrinkage.
