掺粉煤灰和石灰粉影响再生混凝土自收缩变形的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用非接触式混凝土收缩仪测定再生混凝土自收缩变形值,研究单掺粉煤灰与双掺粉煤灰和石灰粉对再生混凝土自收缩变形的影响。试验结果表明:粉煤灰等量取代水泥时,随着粉煤灰取代率的增加,再生混凝土试件的自收缩率是先减小后增大,取代率为20%的再生混凝土自收缩率最小;粉煤灰和石灰粉等量取代40%水泥时,随着石灰粉掺量比重的增加,粉煤灰再生混凝土试件自收缩率也是呈先减小后增大趋势,石灰粉掺量为4%的粉煤灰再生混凝土自收缩率最小,但减小幅度不大。 Autogenous shrinkage deformation of recycled concrete was tested by non-contact concrete shrinkage deformation analyzer. The effects of single or double mixed fly ash and lime powder on autogenous shrinkage of recycled concrete were researched. The results showed that: when substituting fly ash for isometric cement, shrinkage of recycled concrete increased firstly, then decreased with the volume of fly ash raising, shrinkage of recycled concrete containing 20% fly ash is minimum; substituting fly ash and lime dust for 40% cement, shrinkage of recycled concrete also decreased firstly, then increased with the increase of the proportion of lime dust. The best proportion replacing fly ash with lime powder was 4% when shrinkage of recycled concrete was minimum, but the decline was not obvious.
