北运河水系河流轮虫群落结构与水环境因子的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析不同季节轮虫群落结构的分布特征.方法:于2015年6月(春季)、8月(夏季)和10月(秋季)分别对北京地区北运河水系16个站点进行采样调查,应用轮虫群落的香农维纳指数、均匀度指数评价北京地区水质健康状况,并应用典范对应分析法判定影响北运河水系轮虫群落结构的主要环境因子.结果:北京水体共鉴定出轮虫种类23属46种,主要以龟甲轮属和臂尾轮属为主.春季、夏季和秋季种类丰富度分别为42、38和29种,轮虫密度平均值为53.23、166.63和34.13/L.香农维纳指数平均值分别为0.65、0.43和0.53;均匀度指数平均值分别为0.17、0.12和0.21.结论:春季高锰酸钾指数是影响轮虫群落结构的主要环境因子,夏季水温是影响轮虫群落结构的主要环境因子,秋季溶解氧是影响轮虫群落结构的主要环境因子.北京地区北运河水系水体呈多污型,水生态系统呈重度污染. Aim: To understand the community structure characteristics of rotifer to analyze the distribution characteristics of rotifer community structure in different seasons. Methods: Sampling from 16 sites of North Canal in Beijing,in June( spring),August( summer) and October( autumn),2015,this study analysed the distributing characteristics of rotifer community in different seasons,assessed the water quality condition using rotifer Shannon-Wiener-diversity index( H),Pielou evenness index( J),and determined the major environmental factors influencing the rotifer community structure by using Canonical Correspondence Analysis. Results: The results showed that rotifer species were identified in 23 genera and 46 species of rotifer from spring to autumn,with an average number from 29 to 42,density from 34. 13 to 166. 63/L,and Shannon-Wiener-diversity index was from 0. 43 to 0. 65,Pieiou evenness index was from 0. 12 to 0. 21. CCA analysis indicated that CODMn,temperature,dissolved oxygen in spring,summer and Autumn are main factors affecting rotifer community. Conclusion: The composition of community and diversity index of rotifer presented as typical seasonal correlation,and according tocomprehensive evaluation,the aquatic ecosystem of North Canal in Beijing was founder intermediate disturbance.
