糖化血红蛋白和N末端脑钠肽原与急性冠脉综合征心功能的相关性研究

Investigation of the Correlation Between Glycosylated Hemoglobin and N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide and Cardiac Function in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes

摘要 目的探究糖化血红蛋白和N末端脑钠肽原与急性冠脉综合征心功能的相关性。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月间在本院诊治的急性冠脉综合征患者86例,按照是否合并糖尿病分为实验组(合并糖尿病组)和对照组(未合并糖尿病组),对比分析两组患者的糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原的水平及患者的心功能之间的关系。结果实验组患者的糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);不同心功能分级患者的糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原水平的差异显著(P<0.05),且患者的心功能级别越高,患者的糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原水平越高,两者之间呈正相关性。结论糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原与急性冠脉综合征患者的心功能状况呈正相关性,当患者的糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原水平越高,表示患者的心功能损伤越严重,为患者病情诊治提供更为准确的参考依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal pro-brain natri-uretic peptide and cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndromes. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute coro-nary syndromes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled into this study. According to the presence or absence of diabetes mellitus, the patients were divided into experimental group (complicated with diabetes mellitus) and control group (without diabetes mellitus). The relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin, N-terminal pro- brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac function of patients was analyzed in both groups. Results T h e levels of glycosylated h e m o -globin and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈C0. 05). The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide in patients with different cardiac function were significantly different (P〈0. 05). A n d the higher the level of cardiac function, the higher the level of glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide, there was a positive correlation between the glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac function. Conclusion T h e levels of glycosylated h emoglo-bin and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide are positively correlated with the cardiac function of patients with acute coro-nary syndromes. The higher the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide? the more severe damaged the cardiac function, which provides the more accurate reference for the diagnosis and treatment.
