摘要
糖尿病合并心脏病属于中医"心悸""胸痹心痛""真心痛"等范畴。魏子孝教授作为第四批全国名老中医,临床工作40余年,在治疗糖尿病合并心脏病方面有丰富的临床经验。他从"抓主症"入手,同时遵循中医"急则治标""缓则治本""标本兼治"的治疗原则,在辨别正邪关系及脏腑关系的基础上,确定治法方药并随症加减,对患者进行辨证治疗。在治疗本病时,魏教授不拘泥于中医传统的治疗方法,他将中西医诊治方法融会贯通应用于临床中,临床疗效明显。
Diabetes mellitus（ DM） combined with heart disease is in the category of＂palpitation＂,＂chest pain＂and＂angina pectoris＂in TCM. Prof. Wei Zixiao has been engaged in clinical work for over 40 years and entitled as the national veteran TCM master. Prof. Wei has accumulated rich clinical experiences in the treatment of DM combined with heart disease. Focusing on the main symptoms,in compliance with the treating principles as ＂treating the symptoms at acute stage＂,＂treating the root cause of disease at chronic stage＂and ＂mutual treatment for the primary and secondary＂,on the basis of the relationships of antipathogenic qi and pathogenic factors,as well as zangfu organs,Prof. Wei determined the treating methods and formulas in terms of the symptoms and differentiation. In the treatment,Prof. Wei is not constrained by traditional TCM methods. He applies the integration of Chinese and western medicine in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The remarkable therapeutic effects are achieved.
