摘要
铵盐具有成本低、便于储存和运输、易于检测等特点,结合油田现场应用条件和储层水体性质等因素,提出一种以次氯酸氧化为基础,利用分光光度法测定水体中NH_4^+的方法 ,探讨其作为油田示踪剂的可行性。分光光度法测定水体中NH_4^+的最佳实验条件:加剂顺序为亚硝基铁氰化钠、水杨酸、NaOH、NaClO,最大吸收波长为700nm,显色时间为80min。NH_4^+含量在0.201~1.40mg/L范围符合朗伯-比耳定律,线性回归方程A=0.89736C,摩尔吸光系数ε=9.38×10~4L/(mol·cm),标准偏差小于0.01。实验表明:温度对测定水体NH_4^+吸光度的影响不大;水体常见的Na^+、SO_4^(2-)对测定水体NH_4^+吸光度的影响不大,但是Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对测定水体NH_4^+吸光度有很大影响,因此该NH_4^+分析法可以作为Na^+型水储层油田的示踪剂,不宜用于Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)型水储层油田的示踪剂。
Ammonium salt has the features of low cost and being easy to storage,transport and measure.Spec- trophotometry was proposed for measuring NH4+ in the water based on hypochlorous acid oxidation according to the field conditions and water features of the reservoirs.The feasibility of NH4~ as tracer in the oiltield was discussed.The best experiment conditions of measuring NH4+ in the water by the spectrophotometry in- clude:the adding order is sodium nitroprusside,salicylic acid,NaOH and NaCIO,the maximum absorption wavelength is 700nm,and the coloration time is 80min.NH4v content at the range of 0.201-1.40mg/L is complaint with Lambert-Beer law,the linear regression equation is A=0.89736C,the molar extinction coeffi- cient is ε=9.38×104L/(mol cm),and the standard deviation is less than 0.01.The experiment results show that the temperature has little influence on measuring the absorbance of NH4+ in the water.The common Na+ and SO42- in the water has little influence too,but Ca2+ and Mg2+ has great influence on that.So this analysis method of NH4+ can be used as tracer in the reservoirs with Na+ type water,but is not feasible for the reservoirs with Ca2+ or Mg2+ type water in the oilfield.
