摘要
目的探讨惠州市孕期规范教育、心理支持联合水中分娩对产程的影响。方法选取2013年7月-2017年8月惠州市第二妇幼保健院自然分娩产妇200例,随机分为对照组(水中分娩,未进行孕期规范教育和心理支持)和实验组(水中分娩并接受孕期规范教育和心理支持),每组各100例。观察干预前后SAS评分、产程进展时间、新生儿情况。结果干预后两组产妇SAS评分明显低于干预前,且实验组SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总产程明显短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组新生儿窒息发生率明显少于水中分娩组(P<0.05)。结论孕期规范教育、心理支持联合水中分娩可以缩短产程,缓解产后焦虑,减少新生儿窒息发生。
Objective To explore the effects of standardized education during pregnancy,psychological support combined with water delivery on stage of labor in Huizhou.Methods A total of 200 cases of spontaneous labor were selected from the Second Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Huizhou City from July 2013 to August 2017,then they were randomly divided into control group (water delivery) and experimental group (standardized education during pregnancy,psychological support combined with water delivery),100 cases in each group.SAS scores,the time of labor progress,and neonatal situations before and after intervention were observed.Results After intervention,SAS scores in the two groups were statistically significantly lower than those before intervention,and SAS score in experimental group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05).The total stage of labor in experimental group was statistically significantly shorter than that in control group (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia in experimental group was statistically significantly less than that in control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Standardized education during pregnancy,psychological support combined with water delivery can shorten stages of labor,relieve postpartum anxiety,and reduce the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia.
