摘要
文章通过"集群式模块化"的内涵意义出发,探讨了构建电网企业管理人员培训课程体系的流程和方法,结合电网企业管理人员具体培训项目对基于岗位能力素质模型构建"集群式模块化"培训课程体系的内容、课程开发进行了尝试性应用,总结出"集群式模块化"课程模式在电网企业管理人员培训课程体系中应用的成功经验。
Starting with the connotative meaning of cluster-based module,this paper discusses the procedures and methods of constructing training course system for managers in power grid enterprises. According to the actual training program for power grid enterprises managers,a tentative application has been made in constructing the training content and developing the course system of the post ability-based competency model. The paper also concludes successful experience of the cluster-based module course mode in the training course system for power grid enterprises managers.
